Daniela’s yoga classes changed me for the best! I had started the yoga course with no real interest, as I just wanted to exercise after sitting so long on a chair. But then, I got to learn about yoga and came to really enjoy the weekly practices. On top of the physical training, we would train our mind to relax by setting intentions, and taking the time to breathe. My whole body is thankful for this class and this change as my lower back is not in pain anymore. I can’t recommend Daniela enough as a great teacher who sets the flow but most importantly, who guides the yoga practice with both flexibility and empathy. I love the classes!
